It’s official! On Friday, March 31 anyone who has ever felt the need for speed will have the opportunity to soar over 3,400 feet of red and blue track as Fun Spot America Atlanta debuts ArieForce One. Reaching speeds of 64 miles-per-hour, the first-of-its-kind coaster is set to be one of the most exhilarating in the country, and Fun Spot America Atlanta is looking for test pilots!
The park needs 25 ACE members (of various ages and that meet the 48” height requirement) who are willing to come to the park as early as 5:30 a.m. to serve as riders – multiple times – until approximately 9 a.m. These rides will be filmed and may be aired live or saved to run at a different time by the covering media, as well as for the park's b-roll and social media use (please know, the arrival time could be a little later based on the media the park confirms for that day).
As early morning riders, you will be asked to:
• Ride ArieForce One multiple times, in various seats, throughout the morning.
• Wear a solid, bright-colored t-shirt, Fun Spot, or ACE t-shirt. Please refrain from wearing other park's logos. You will not be allowed to participate if this happens.
• Be available from 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 a.m. to ride, ride, and ride.
• Be energetic and excited for video and photos.
• Sign Fun Spot’s photo release, allowing the park and media in attendance to use photos and videos captured that day in perpetuity without additional compensation.
As a thank you for participating, the park will provide each ACE member with:
• Complimentary continental breakfast and beverages throughout the morning.
• An exclusive grand opening gift bag.
• The opportunity to stay and enjoy the grand opening ceremony and event at 10 a.m. - and even ride again later!
• A complimentary Single Day Fun Pass for that day to experience the full park (operating hours 4 p.m. – 10 p.m.) or a future date.
ACE members in attendance should read and brush up on our media day guidelines located on our website here. As space is limited, please confirm your attendance ONLY if you are 100% sure you can attend.
